1. Data Collection
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services: account information and usage metrics for billing purposes.
1a. Website Analytics
On piramyd.cloud we use first-party analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on buttons and links, and how you arrived (referring site and campaign parameters). We derive device type, operating system, browser and country from each request; we do not store your IP address or full browser string. A random identifier is kept in a cookie (piramyd_anonymous_id, 90 days, shared with dash.piramyd.cloud) so that, if you create an account, we can tell which visits led to it. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Reddit pixel to measure advertising. You can clear or block these cookies in your browser at any time.
2. Zero-Retention Policy
We act as a pass-through layer. We do not log, store, or train on your API inputs or outputs. Data is encrypted in transit and processed ephemerally.
3. Third-Party Processors
To fulfill requests, data is transmitted securely to underlying model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We ensure these providers uphold strict data privacy agreements.
4. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SOC2 compliance, encryption at rest and in transit, and regular security audits.
